Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office
- Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
- Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company's advantage (absence, annual leave, medical claim and register new employee)
- Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels managers on employment issues.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in related field
- Passionate in tech and people
- Meticulous with data and administrative task
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
