Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead a team in informing customers about all products in the company and benefits.
- Responsible for taking orders made by customers and ensure that the shipment are successfully delivered to the customer.
- Ensure proper documentation in the database and check through them for accuracy.
- Updating on work progress in order to achieve maximum results and customers are treated cordially.
- Responsible for managing the Telesales team, also onboard and training all the new hire for telesales team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree from any major with minimal 2 years of working experience as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Telesales.
- Those with startup experience is preferred
- Experience as a team leader
- Excellent telephone and communication skill
- A self-starter and possess hustler mentality
- Possess high management skill
- Target oriented
