Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Write clear, communicate, and convey the key message in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar with concise user-interface text that turns complicated concepts to easy-to-understand language.
- Act as a subject matter expert (a company “go to”) for user experience writing.
- Develop and maintain editorial style guides, tone of voice principles to ensure a cohesive voice across all products in order to establish and maintain copywriting & design processes.
- Collaborating with UX team in the making of a smooth and communicative product that caters to users’ needs, at the same time achieves business goals.
- Providing understandable context and story to be translated into foreign languages.
- Apply UX content best practices to create the right voice and tone to engage users and drive action.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor Degree in Communications, Literature, Marketing, and related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in writing/copywriting/editorial in online media (whether a personal blog or other online publishing platforms)
- Strong communication skill and high attention to details
- Fluent in both; English and Bahasa
- Solid writing and editing skills
- Experience working in a startup or agency will be an advantage
- Collaborative and has a growth mindset
