- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
- Analyse team's performance statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents.
- Apply best practices to every touchpoint with customers.
- Control resources to achieve given targets.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable university.
- Great communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to liaise with customers and peers internally.
- More than 5 years of work experience in similar role with proven track record.
- Experience in leading a big team of customer service agents.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Obsessed in giving the best experience to customers in every touch point.
