Infrastructure Consultant  

1. Manage the implementation of project in Infrastructure and implemented system in End User, including:

• All infrastructure devices, Tape Back-up, Network (Firewall, WIFI Access Point)
• System maintenance (OS, Backup)
• Hardware Maintenance

2. Execute daily routine such us: Q/A Support regarding IT System, troubleshooting to resolve any issue quickly, engage documented escalation protocol as appropriate and system recovery support

3. Preparing issues’ reports, monthly report and present them when required

4. Other as requested in Infrastructure Project

1. Under 35 years old
2. Graduated from reputable university with a degree of Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
3. Having a good knowledge and proven track record in IT infrastructure project;
4. Ability to create documentations
5. Ability to self-manage and to manage team
6. Skill to express ideas systematically, skill to create reports
7. Well-developed English communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and in making compelling presentations
8. Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions that are sensible and based on available information
9. Willing to work under tight schedule and high pressure
10. Creative, innovative and able to work in dynamic working environment
11. Fast learning, with ability to follow the order with high productivity
12. Year Experience: minimum 3 Years
13. Willing to work in Karawang Area
