Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct all stepping rollout process of DMS Rollout Project with team for each wave
- Conduct workshop and include in process to find setting and configuration for each outlet
- Identification of possible business gap and issues along Rollout
- Support Lead Analyst to explain cut over strategy
- Conduct key user training with lead analyst
- Conduct testing and logging DMS Configuration and Setting result in accordance with DMS document Setting and Configuration
- Conduct monitoring and support for end user training activity by key user
- Support user in cut over activity and record issues in issue log
- Conduct master data checking activity that already uploaded
- Support lead analyst in the creation if go-no go report
- Filling attendance and provide activity progress report & timesheet
- Support operational activity after DMS Application after go live
