SAP MM/WM Manager  

Your responsibilities: The job of an H&M SAP MM/WM Manager comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.

Your to-do list includes:

• Support operation team in inventory movement in SAP by creating STO, DO, and, etc.
• Assist to do whole cycle stock take process in system.
• Monitoring order creation, sales posting, and warehouse processing from online order in SAP, troubleshooting the issue and escalate to corporate team for unknown issue.
• Assist the merchandising team in both creating promotion in SAP and fixing the promotion code in LS One Site Manager.
• Monitoring and fixing sales issue posting in SAP for offline store.
• Stock adjustment in SAP based on request from users.
• Brainstorming with external SAP consultant in order to prepare new project, assist users in doing UAT, and monitoring the after-go live issue of new project.
• Download and process monthly report from SAP.

Your personal qualities also include:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience including full cycle SAP implementation for MM/IM/WM module.
• Preferably having background in retail industry in general, and retail fashion in particular.
• Experienced in regular stock take.
• Having no issue with travelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
