SAP Solution Architect  

You are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in Thailand/ Indonesia / Singapore / Cambodia, and any country which may be added to the organization’s portfolio, by assisting the CIO to secure the Online systems which participate to a customer’s omni-experience in line with the brand’s expectations. We are looking for an SAP Solution Architect to join our team and implement systems architecture to help solve our organization’s network problems. SAP Solution Architect responsibilities include testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific business problems within an organization. Ultimately, you will work with the organization’s leaders to identify problems and then work with our IT Team to address those problems with innovative software solutions

Your responsibilities: The job of an H&M Solution Architect comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

• Analyzing the technological environment / Analyzing enterprise-specific requirements
• Setting the collaboration framework and creating a solution prototype
• Participating in technology selection and Solution development control
• Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation and orchestration
• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and document testing requirements.
• Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
• Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
• Build and migrate software and services across the organization.
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Communicate and consult with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Maintain, support, and upgrade existing business systems and applications;
• Lead large scale projects that affect multiple functions within the organization;
• Interface with different business partners to ensure projects have proper impact;
• Manage the monitoring, updating, optimization, redundancy, stability of ERP/ cloud systems
• Oversees and directs the timely evaluation, qualification, and implementation of new services, tools and related appliances
• Ensures the team is up-to-date on product functionality, tools, industry trends and best practices
• Evaluate the performance of the department processes, report Key Performance Indicators, get customer feedback, keep abreast of the best practices, recommend adjustments and implement changes
• Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation with health & safety and security routines, to guarantee you, your colleagues and customer safety at all times;
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables;
• Manage and communicates a clear vision of the project’s objectives, and motivates the Application team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
• Secure the strict implementation of the Business Solutions budget as approved by the board;
• Secure any amendment of the Business Solutions budget allocations, as the case may be, defined by the board, in the course of any fiscal year.

• Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with at least 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and e-commerce architecture.
• Previous project management experience is advantageous.
• A good knowledge of AWS and Azura architecture.
• In-depth understanding of coding languages.
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
• Efficient communication skills.
• strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
