- Build, lead, and manage entire merchant lifecycle from on-boarding, engagement, to retention
- Gather feedback and create innovative program refer to insight from the merchants to improve customer engagement and experience
- Drive a data centric mentality to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives, campaigns, and contents
- Liaise with internal team to present recommendation and better merchant segmentation
- Team management: Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team to deliver best experience for the merchants
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree preferred from marketing, business and management background
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in merchant growth role or tech start-up company with relevant managerial roles
- Data-driven and strong analytical mindset
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Have built and managed a high-performing team
