Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collect, compile and enter payroll data
- Review and verify source documents
- Process payroll by established deadlines
- Handling BPJS
- Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
- Issue statements of earnings and deductions
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
- Process new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
- Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to the Manager.
- Prepare payroll reports of hours worked, insurance & leave
- Address employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information
- Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications
- Develop, manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Other duties assigned by the Manager.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from reputable university (any major)
- At least 3 years of experience in managing payroll is a must
- Speak adequate English
- Proficient at Ms. Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
- Highly organized, great attention to detail
- Preferably able to join immediately
- Willing to be placed in Cilandak, South Jakarta
