Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Planning and developing strategies (short-term to long-term) to support the company’s sustainability movement that benefits the company’s financial condition
- Educating and training employees, organization, and the whole company regarding the company’s sustainability practices
- Ensure all employees abide by the sustainability strategies and regulations accordingly
- Developing plans and strategies as targeted including GHG Reduction, energy management, waste management, water and waste water management, healthy and safety, public contribution
- Prepare and create sustainability reports and ensure that the information provided is accurate and transparent
- Making comprehensive reports regarding the success measurement of the sustainability strategy
- Monitoring, evaluating, and being responsible of reports and progress regarding the implemented sustainability strategies
- Building partnerships with external parties, such as the government, civil society, and non-governmental organizations to strengthen the company's sustainability efforts
- Understanding and making Rencana Aksi Keuangan Berkelanjutan (RAKB) and Sustainability Report (SR)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in environmental engineering, public health, or electric engineering, min. GPA 3.00
- Have knowledge in Green Company and Friendly Company
- Understand the implementation RAKB & SR
- Able to operate MS Office
- Interpersonal Skills
- Planning & Driving Action
- Analysis and Judgement
