Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Work closely with business team to identify IT-related improvement that can support business operation and processes.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understands their problems and needs regarding business process.
- Bridge the communication between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Collaborate with technical team to designs IT solution that can solve business problems and fulfill business needs.
- Be the person that make sure the business team and the technical team have the same understanding of the business needs and the technical solution that going to be implemented.
- Work closely with development team to ensure the solution is properly implemented in timely manner.
- Prepare documentation such as functional documentation.
- Ensure stability of a system by coordinating with all related parties.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical-thinking and problem solving skill.
- Willing to learn and explore new thing.
- Having good understanding of SDLC and Product Development flow.
- Good communication skill, able to communicate well to business stakeholders and to technical team.
- Having at least 3 years experience as IT Business Analyst, or similar job with the same job description mentioned above.
- Having bachelor’s degree in any major (IT related major is preferable).
- Having experience in multi-finance industry is a plus.
- Having experience with Scrum framework is preferable.
