Terbuka kesempatan untuk berkarir di Corporate Banking Bank Mandiri sebagai Relationship Manager Structured Finance. Sebagai RM Structured Finance anda akan ter-expose dengan penyusunan strategi terkait struktur pembiayaan secara lengkap serta menganalisa & menilai suatu proses persetujuan kredit. Exposure tersebut akan menjadi modal untuk melanjutkan career journey sebagai Corporate Bankers di Bank Mandiri.

Melakukan analisa terhadap penilaian finansial dan kredit dalam menentukan struktur keuangan sesuai dengan parameter dan kebijakan kredit yang berlaku (Analysis - Debt Sizing & Financial).
Melakukan pelaksanaan struktur pembiayaan kepada nasabah dengan menerapkan due diligence serta menganalisis dan menilai proses persetujuan kredit (Mandate Letter & Draft Term Sheet).
Melakukan pelaksanaan dan mengelola pengembangan analisa market intelligence dalam rangka berkontribusi terhadap bisnis Corporate Banking.
Memberikan solusi yang berkaitan dengan struktur pembiayaan dalam menyelesaikan masalah dengan mempertimbangkan faktor risiko serta berkoodinasi dengan unit terkait.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Mempunyai pemahaman tentang Laporan Keuangan dan Kredit.
Familiar dengan Format Term Sheet & Perjanjian APLMA.
Mempunyai network dengan Lawyer dan bank-bank Internasional.
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa ingrris & presentation.
Memiliki cukup banyak deal di Non Usual Deals/Syndication (Acquisition, Project Finance, Bridge Loan, Repackage/Refinance, Leverage Recap, Share Backed Financing, Any Bond/Equity/ Corporate Action related).
