Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead a team consist of software tester to perform test to all quality aspect of product (manual and or automated) to ensure the software product is fit for purpose and free from any bugs or issues
- Implement improvement for process/ methods/ etc each year
- Help QA staff achieve their KPI target
- Runs automated test for software quality test
- Make sure that QA process should meet the target timeline
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor degree from information technology or related field
- Has 5-6 years experience in software quality assurance either manual or automated
- Familiar with software QA tools (Jira/ Jenkins/ Selenium/ Kiwi/JMeter/ etc)
- Plan, prioritize, and assign appropriate test engineers and resources under his/her leadership and ensure the team meets the delivery targets
- Make sure team members are successful in testing, verification, and bug finding activities- Lead the streamlining and optimization of various QA processes
- Good understanding of software engineering concepts- Has experience in software development life cycle (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to present concepts / ideas to different types of audience
- Work together with Technical and Product team to adapt with changing product and roadmap
