Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide support for Corporate Secretary and Legal Division
- Research and identification of relevant content (legislation, court decision, legal writings and all governance related documents)
- Filling and maintaining legal data room
- Properly review, proofread and assist with any materials, including documents, reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms and other items ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage communications and correspondence (phone, voicemail, email, mail), responding when needed, bringing action items forward to appropriate individual's attention
- Manage calendars including scheduling/arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and sending invitations and reminders, when needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Min 5 years of work experience as a Legal
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to perform and work under pressure to meet the required dealines
- Self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision, as well as team work, and with accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having experience in law firm is an advantage
- Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
