Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you plan, create, implement, analyse, optimise and report all digital marketing campaigns to maximise the sales of mobile content services and apps.
- specialize in User Acquisition of any kind and variety for web service and app content
- be a strong project manager who plans, executes and controls what is needed to succeed
- be a detail-minded number-cruncher with top .xls skills and a very high analytical mind
- be able to manage a marketing budget including forecast, plans, reports and reviews
- have performance marketing experience with CPC, CPA and CPI campaigns for WEB, both banners and videos, asset creation, testing, analysis and accurate and timely and professional reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- plan, execute, control and report on Social Media Services and implement campaigns to increase organic traffic to our products and services
- maintain SEO and manage SEM campaigns
- plan and optimise influencer campaigns
- be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team of IT, Design, Content Management, Finance both within the company and with business partners.
- be an international person with an advanced understanding for cross-country relations, different cultures, user behaviours and target audiences both business and consumer
- have a good working knowledge of the mobile games and apps industry and telco content market, in terms of current demand, successful competing products/services, trends
- be an independently working professional with a creative mind and drive for results and success

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent Digital Marketing expert to manage all our Performance Marketing, Mobile Advertisement, SEO/SEM, Influencer/KOL, E-mail/WA and SNS activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or BusinessAdministration
- 4+ years working experience in the Digital Marketing field with focus on CPI, CPA and other lower funnel conversion campaigns
- Google Ads certified, Facebook Audience Network and Meta/Instagram Ads certificates and Tik Tok Ads inside/out knowledge
- Experience working closely with Advertising Platforms and/or with media buying platforms, data modeling, behavioral targeting technologies, etc.
- Strong expertise in one or more areas of real-time ad exchanges such as DSP, DMP, SSPs, etc.
- Track record in programmatic and other mobile media strategies and media buying
- Working knowledge of mobile ecosystems for WEB and App Stores
- Affiliate Marketing experience
- Direct experience with UI/UX, banner optimization and landing page conversions
- Strong analytical abilities problem-solving skills and reporting expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Top English skills, written and oral
