Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Recruit agents and employees
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Attract and recruit agents and employees via social media and other recruitment platforms
- Source candidate agents and employees and update our database
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to new agents and employees
- Provide administrative support
- Compile and update employee and agent records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel and agents’ activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
- Coordinate and manage events
- Deal with employee and agent requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Has attention to detail
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
