Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The HR Associate for Training & Development assists in the design, development and implementation of all in-house and external training programs of the company. This position also responsible in the planning, coordination and implementation of the various corporate employee engagement activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures and monitors accomplishment of annual training plan together with the LOD team.
- Assists in the preparation of modules, designing, and conducting of in-house training programs for all employees.
- Conducts training programs for employees.
- Prepares and consolidates all training related documents such as the Training Agreement Forms, Training Evaluations, Notice of Training and the like.
- Coordinates with training organizations for sending of employees to public seminars and arranges payments, registration, and other logistics concerns.
- Maintains and updates the training database.
- Summarizes annual training expenses.
- Plans, coordinates and implements various corporate employee engagement activities.
- Assists in the conduct of the orientation and onboarding related activities.
- Ensures seamless implementation of assigned corporate activities.
- Prepares assigned reports.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities, Psychology or equivalent
- With affiliations in various organizations (inside or outside school)
- With or without work experience
Training/Skills Requirement
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Resourceful and Creative
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
