Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Desktop Support Technical Engineer shall be responsible for providing first level and second level on-site and/or remote technical support for all issues and requests received through the ICT Helpdesk. The scope of technical support to be provided includes, but is not limited to, hardware configuration, software installation, email setup, and network support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote first level and second level technical support
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Resolve end user requests based on agreed procedures and service level agreements
- Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Hardware Configuration & Troubleshooting (Laptop, Desktop, PABX, Mobile, Printers, etc.)
- Software Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Email Configuration & Troubleshooting (MS Outlook)
- Network Configuration & Troubleshooting (LAN, VPN, WiFi)
- Windows, MAC OS Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Identify and escalate issues/situations to third level support (subject matter experts) requiring urgent attention
- Assist in various infrastructure activities and/or projects if necessary (i.e. infrastructure installations, network cabling activities, etc.)
- Perform helpdesk-related and other tasks from time to time.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate,Manila.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
