Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The IT Helpdesk shall be responsible in answering IT-related calls and inquiries, receiving IT service requests, creating tickets for IT services, and providing first level remote, phone and/or email support to end-users. The IT Helpdesk shall also be responsible in communicating with the end users and monitoring the status of their requests and/or reported incidents. The IT Helpdesk shall also handle escalations to the Desktop Support Technical Engineers or Subject Matter Experts as deemed necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all end user calls to ICT hotlines.
- Provide first level support to end users through remote, phone, and/or email communication.
- Receive all ICT service request forms and ensure proper documentation in the ticketing system.
- Monitor resolution of tickets in the ticketing system.
- Communicate all updates, service level agreements, and service procedures to end users.
- Provide initial diagnosis and investigation for all hardware and software issues.
- Identify and escalate issues/situations to second and third level support requiring urgent attention.
- Ensure proper assignment of technicians for critical incidents and/or requests.
- Ensure proper documentation of a knowledge-based database for self-service solutions.
- Ensure proper filing of all service request forms.
- Generate basic reports for all created tickets.
- Assist in creation of processes for IT services.
- Assist in various infrastructure activities and/or projects if necessary (i.e. infrastructure installations, network cabling activities, etc.)
- Perform other related tasks from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate, Manila.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
