Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Meets with clients in the field in order to initiate and execute the sales process.
- Achieves sales quota agreed upon with the Management Committee.
- Conducts field inspections and perform estimates for prospective clients.
- Attends and facilitates the requirements for bidding.
- Builds business relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and engineers.
- Coordinates with the Project Coordinator.
- Produces reports & analysis of sales trends.
- Schedules & arranges meetings and appointments with clients.
- Prepares quotations and bid documents.
- Consolidate sales made.
- Handles customer complaints and takes the necessary actions in addressing these complaints.
- Carries out the whole sales process from gathering leads to collection
- Identify trends of the industry & seeks potential markets.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably an Engineering course;
- With experience in Aircon Industry for 1 year;
- Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and oral;
- Computer Literate;
- Good Interpersonal Skills;
- Problem-solving tools;
- Account Management.
