Accounts Payable

• Counter checks or validates bills received.
• Audits Petty Cash Receipts for replenishment.
• Prepares Request for Payment.
• Enters bills on Quickbooks.
• Updates Request for Payment Monitoring template.

Accounts Receivable

• Prepares Sales Invoice.
• Encodes and creates invoice to Quickbooks.

Treasury

• Prints checks for Approved Request for payment.
  • Encodes and creates invoice to Quickbooks.
  • Receives customers' payments.
• Sends Tellers' vlidated deposit slips.

• College Degree in Business Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting or Audit related field.
• Certified Public Accountant.
• Preferably with background or basic knowledge in using Quickbooks.
• With understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Average oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
