- Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into office.
- Liaise between departments and provide clerical support.
- Provide information regarding products or services of the company.
- Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Respond to emails and office correspondence.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties.
- Perform data entry and filing activities.
- Counter checks/validates Bills received.
- Handle and Audit Petty Cash.
- Prepares Request for Payment.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, or any related course.
- Preferably with background or basic knowledge in using QuickBooks
- With pleasing personality.
- With at least 1 year of experience in the same field.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig.
