We are looking for skilled Bookkeepers to maintain financial records, including but not limited to purchases, sales, receipts, invoices, and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to monthly financial reports, records of payments and adjustments, ledger data entry, and daily accounting tasks.
- Oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, among others
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting
- 6 months of bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other bookkeeping software
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Can write and speak English well
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer that can run accounting software smoothly
- Able to work in US business hours
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Headset for video calls
