- Lead the design of programs, systems and structures that will impact organization & team performance and efficiency.
- Lead in the design and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support initiatives related to the company’s goal to be a customer centric organization
- Contribute in the design and implementation of the company’s annual strategic planning.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Psychology, HR or Business Management, Behavioral Science, Communications or related 4-year course.
- At least 10 years experience in Organization Development with significant and relevant achievements and contributions in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management and Culture-building.
