The retention specialist supports the HR manager in the placement and service of employee benefits with the efficient delivery of products, services and analysis in accordance with the partner’s benefits package.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enters accurate partner information into system applications
- Supports partner retention by reflecting a positive image with partners
- Resolves escalated service issues including eligibility and claims
- Performs eligibility changes to include enrollments, terminations and other modifications
- Maintains strong carrier/vendor relationships
- Stays informed of carrier/vendor product knowledge and shares with the group
- Stays informed with legislation concerning labor laws
- Participates in required continuing professional development
OTHER TASKS
- In charge of:
- daily timekeeping of all employees of the company
- registration of new hires to the HRIS
- maintenance of the completed 201 files of the company
- Carry out the exit interview in case of any employee resignation
- Carry out orientations regarding compensation and benefits for newly hired partners to assist with their onboarding with the company
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any four (4)-year course related to Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least five (5) years of experience in employee benefits administration
- Proficient with Oracle SQL
- Punctuality in turning over time keeping reports
- Resiliency in times of abnormal workload
- Detail and process-oriented in terms of day to day operations
- Flexible in terms of implemented changes with company policy and culture
