- Takes telephone calls and responds to inquiries put forth by callers
- Schedules appointments and ensures that any cancellations or readjustments are taken care of.
- Assigns work schedules, follows work requirements, and ensures quality and timely delivery of service.
- Observes and evaluates workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications.
- Trains workers in proper operational procedures and functions and explain company policies.
- Resolves customer complaints regarding worker performance or services rendered.
