Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for monitoring all accounting aspects of the project including but not limited to the progress of projects, investigate variances, approve expenses & chargeable time and ensure that project billings are processed on time.
You will be expected to:
- Prepare monthly project & job costing report by ensuring the completeness and accuracy of entries in ACCPAC system
- Ensure the completeness and validity of disbursements by evaluating the supporting/attached documents
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Daily Time Report
- Check the accuracy and completeness of inventory for materials and equipment (light & power)
- Ensure the proper disposal of scrap and allocations of its proceedings
- Resolve all accounting discrepancies through proper investigation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; preferably a CPA
- Have at least 5 years experience in General/Cost accounting; preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Knowledgeable in A/P processing, disbursement, financial reporting, and other related functions
- Be able to focus despite the work pressure & tight deadlines
- Keen to details, trustworthy and have good interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be a local residence of Cebu City
