Sales Training and Recruitment Specialist  

Job Summary:

The job is primarily responsible for the recruitment, orientation, training, and the development of PPHC Davao's sales team of brokers and sellers, as well as it's own PPHC Davao staff. It's scope includes creation and conduct of appropriate training programs, modules, and other materials necessary to equip PPHC Davao's sales force with the required training and guidance that should ensure an efficient and effective sales force that would be able to deliver PPHC Davao's sales vision and targets.

Job Description:

• Source out potential sales force candidates from school, job fairs, housing industry events, social media platforms, and internet
• Administer and evaluates exams of sales candidates
• Conduct screening candidates
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine gaps between current and desired performance level of sales force
• Develop and facilitate training modules based on the outcome of TNA
• Conduct regular evaluation of new sales personnel's performance

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably with a degree in social sciences such as Management and Business studies, Organizational Psychology, Education, or Human Resource related discipline
• Preferably with a Real Estate Broker's License but not necessary
• At least 3 years actual working experience in training sales forces
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Competent Presentation and Training Skills
