This position will be for Union Galvasteel Corporation
- Design and implement an adequate internal control mechanism to ensure operating effectiveness
- Facilitate continuous business process improvements throughout the organization
- Lead and manage the execution of periodic Business Resiliency activities to manage risks
- Ensure full compliance to ICS, Disaster Recovery plan, Document Retention & Destruction plan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Lean Six-Sigma certification is preferred
- With at least ten (10) years of combined work experience in Finance, Audit and Compliance, Business Process Controls etc. in a managerial capacity
- Knowledgeable in ERP systems, MS Office applications especially Visio, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Makati and report to Calamba Laguna from time to time; willingness to travel is a must
