Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
This position will be under Community Property Managers Group Inc, a company under PHINMA Property Holdings Corp. and will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for financial management and periodic review of financial activities
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures and internal control measures
- Ensure compliance with government requirements for financial reports
- Work closely with business units to coordinate and review budget plans, rolling quarterly and monthly forecasts, and provide advice for improvement if necessary
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least five (5) years of work-related experience in a managerial capacity, preferably gained in a real estate company
- Knowledgeable with the use of an ERP/ Accounting system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ACCPAC, Greatplains), and proficient with MS Office applications
- Is strategic, analytical, resourceful, collaborative and proactive
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
