Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To assist in the coordination and implementation of the Disaster Management Services in Pangasinan Chapter delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the German Red Cross (GRC)
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating necessary requirements in the implementation of the project activities at Pangasinan Chapter
- Process the relevant administrative and financial document for procurement, project activities, travels, etc.
- Facilitate the timely allocation and delivery of resources needed for the project implementation
- Check vouchers and financial expenses and keep record of the transactions and documents based on the PRC protocol
- Ensure and maintains proper and systematic filing system of the project documentation and reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A bachelor’s degree holder
- Knowledgeable in basic computer functions and Microsoft applications
- Knowledgeable in internet and instant messaging navigation
- Must have general knowledge on logistics and procurement processes
- Preferably employment experience with non-profit, non-government or humanitarian organization
- Familiar with Philippine Red Cross standard operations and procedures
- Physically and mentally fit
- Well organized
- Willing to work outside the comfort of his or her working station
- Willing to go overtime
