Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
To provide administrative assistance to the Volunteer Service Department ensuring overall compliance to the Philippine Red Cross’ procedures and policies to ensure smooth running of the department’s administrative function
- Receive and facilitate correspondences and communications for the department
- Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate
- Oversee all aspects of publication orders including inventory and maintenance
- Facilitate registration of publications and information materials for copyright
- Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate.
- Prepare and mail correspondences, training and accreditation certification.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ administrative work experience
- Understanding of the Philippine Red Cross 143 volunteers and Red Cross Youth programs and goals is preferred
- Proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Written and verbal communication skills
