- Responsible for the implementation and maintain of the 6s in service center area including front desk and customer's waiting area;
- Creating/closing R.O., requesting necessary docs from customer and encoding accurate information into CSM system;

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
