Admin and Procurement Officer  

1. Collates purchase requisitions and coordinate/clarify with departments and regions for sourcing requirements.

2. Purchase approved materials, equipment, supplies and commodity products for delivery to respective site locations.

3. Responsible for preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders subject for the approval of the Procurement Manager.

4. Organize inventory of purchased materials and equipment.

5. Provide database and maintain updated list of approved purchase orders and inventory list for monitoring purposes.

6. Review accurate delivery of items against purchased orders.

7. Prepare payment request for orders and ensure that suppliers/vendors are paid in a timely manner.

8. Attend to concerns of internal customers and suppliers/vendors in connection with overall procurement process.

9. Assist the procurement team with the implementation of purchasing related activities.

10. Perform ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines

2. Experience in performing detailed work related to logistics and supply chain is an advantage.

3. Familiar with modern purchasing methods, procedures and specifications.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)

5. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

6. Must be willing to do fieldwork. (within the Philippines)
