Assistant Finance Manager  

About the Position

• Income Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of a company's activities involving credit (Accounts Receivables) given to clients and customers with a strong focus on collecting payments on delinquent accounts.
• Oversee the collection department by providing motivation, strategy and direction to staff to meet the company's collection needs.
• Help the Manager in monitoring the collections and billing process.
• Making sure the accuracy of report and implement solution to improve the process with approval of the Manager.
• Helps in monitoring the Regional Finance Collection Team.
• Responsible for collection activities such as sending follow up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts and maintaining cash receipts.
• Monitors work schedule and assignment duties, examines work for accuracy, completeness and in accordance to policy.
• Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics or Accounting Firm is a plus.
