Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Report daily dispatch
- Truck arrival report
- Truck departure report
- Update loading/unloading status
- Docking position of trucks
- Petty cash fund issuance to driver
- Liquidation petty cash fund from driver
- Assists in reviewing all transportation orders for completeness
- Provides information and guidance regarding the processes and procedures and may recommend solutions regarding administrative process and procedures.
- Assists with coordinating with maintenance staff and transports vehicles for service.
- May provide transportation and related services to internal and external parties.
- Assists with tracking mileage and use of fleet pool vehicles and inputting data into an automated system, and may run reports as needed and perform other administrative work.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immidiate superior
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate of any course
- Atleast 1 year experience in the same field
- Fresh graduate may also apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
