Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Melakukan penanganan akun kredit bermasalah (NPL), dengan tujuan untuk penyelamatan kredit (restrukturisasi) dan atau menjalankan penyelesaian kredit bermasalah untuk meminimalisir kerugian dan memaksimalkan recovery dengan memberikan usulan strategi penyelesaian sesuai dengan ketentuan internal dan regulator yang berlaku.
- Memastikan proses dalam administrasi penanganan akun bermasalah secara lengkap, akurat , dan sesuai target waktu yang ditetapkan.
- Memastikan proses kerja di Loan Workout dijalankan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan prosedur yang berlaku.
- Mempersiapkan laporan yang diperlukan sesuai target waktu yang ditetapkan.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Memiliki pengalaman/pengetahuan dalam analisa kredit atau SAM, dan memiliki pengalaman di industri Perbankan minimal 5 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman terkait Analisa Kredit dan aspek Hukum
- Memiliki kemampuan Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel dan Word
- Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan maupun tulisan)
