Trainee BAP Operations  

This is a one-year training program that includes class-room training, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts to support bank’s operation.

You will be trained and coached to be able to fulfill various roles as a part of our operations team such as handling payment operations, branch operations, trade operations, loan operations, and many other operations roles. You will also be equipped with leadership and soft skill trainings to prepare you to become people manager. Your line manager and buddy and peers will be available as your source of learning. The program will not only prepare you for the targeted operations roles but will also help you to grow professionally and personally.

To be successful in this program, you are required to have :

• Having bachelor degree from reputable universities with major in engineering/industrial engineering/law/economic/management
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
• Fresh graduates or with working experience less than 2 years
• Focus on process and solution oriented
• Analytical, innovative and have problem solving experience
• Able to work in a team, you know how to follow a leader and you have interest to build your leadership potential
• Like to have friends and build relationship with people
• Can communicate your ideas and thought well and people/friends can understand you easily
• Willing to work hard to complete tasks/assignment/learning new things
• Want to ensure that your friends know you are a responsible person
• Comfortable working with numbers, have a good command on excel and you are adaptable working with routine
