Legal Executive Assistant  

This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support related to various functional and departmental duties, compiling and analyzing data, coordinating multiple concurrent activities, and interacting with individuals and groups at most levels of the organization.

• Maintaining and arranging the Executive/Functional team schedule and meetings.
• Serves as liaison to or represents Function in dealing with both internal and external people and organizations.
• Drafting and compiling documents, correspondences, contracts, and memos as instructed.
• Organizing and safe keeping functional documents and references.

• College graduate of any course.
• At least two (2) years of Office Management or related administrative jobs.
• Experience in a law firm or legal organization is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use/creation of spreadsheet and database management tools.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
