Our company is searching for an experienced and reliable senior art director. S/he will work directly with our lead developer and the project manager and will oversee all creative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly organised professional capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks within teams across time zones.
- Provide overall creative direction and refine design briefs for client and internal projects
- Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to backend developers
- Conceptualise website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to custom websites
- Collaborate with developers and senior management on overall website design
- Manage and collaborate with our team of web and graphic designers ● Provide a thorough review of all online and print design before client submission
- Finalise and approve wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
- Finalise and approve visual content creation for blogs, social, and emails
- Establish design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Keep updated with the latest trends in UX and UI design techniques and technologies
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 7 years of proven work experience as a web designer with relevant advertising agency experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision and other design online platforms
- Strong typography and layout design skills with a strong portfolio of corporate design
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and behaviour
- Solid understanding of mobile-first design and ability to optimise across a wide range of browsers and devices
- Ability to present and clearly communicate design rationale to key stakeholders
- Comfortable with using various prototyping tools and
- Comfortable with designing for WordPress themes and templates
- Knowledge of Bootstrap template design
Bonus Qualifications
- Background in multimedia design, human-computer interaction, interaction design
- Video editing and/animation skills
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
- Familiarity with other CMS software
- Familiar with WP Engine or a similar WordPress hosting provider
- Previous experience as a UX researcher or tester
- Experience working within the legal industry
