- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Process all statutory requirements, enrolments, and payments with SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF, BIR
- Process government mandated benefits (Sickness, Maternity claims and reimbursement)
- Coordinate and update HMO and Accident Insurances (Inclusion and exclusion of members, billing, payments)
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in compensation and benefits
- Trustworthy, can be trusted on highly confidential matters such as payroll and benefits-related information, etc.
- Understands entire payroll process from employee hiring, time entry accumulations, leave processing up to payroll generation
- Knowledgeable in proper taxation of employer paid benefits
- Detail oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and adept in MS Office applications
