Customer Service Representative (Australian Account)  

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and/or existing customers to generate sales by introducing client's services and/or products
• Establish, develop and maintain good business relationship with current and prospective customers by providing excellent and effective service
• Maintain Sales in accordance with the company's goals and objective
• Conduct regular contact on all accounts based on attain sales target

• Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in call center environment
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and delivers effective problem solving
• Strong outbound sales background is preferred
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
