Community Executive  

The Community Executive champions the brand by engaging the community through brand-led initiatives including outreach, events and Social Media marketing. If you are passionate, driven and a self-starter to manage our community, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Help on the event sales activities execution
• Support and organize coworking activities and ensure a great vibe and the happiness of our clients is our main priority
• Assist clients with daily requests and trouble shooting, analyzing their needs and trying to supply with services and tools on demand with the support of the team
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations, from the presentation of the space to the members’ onboarding
• Become the soul of the space: develop a collaborative work environment and foster members’ interactions through formal and informal activities
• Update social media pages on a regular basis, designs posters and produce short videos about events and other marketing initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Outgoing personality
• You have to be proactive and take initiative
• Good communication in English (written and verbal)
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with Adobe softwares, PowerPoint and Google Slides
