Penbrothers is a startup business solutions company that offers co-working, human resources and payroll services to our clients. As the Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new clients, from lead generation & research to setting & executing meetings. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

2018 is a crucial year for the sales team, with high targets & expectations for filling up our two new offices. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the business and has the chance to learn & fine tune their sales & communication skills within the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Referral Generation
• Cold-calling
• Appointment setting
• Executing potential client meetings
• Achieving an individual target of new seats/sales per quarter

• Must have 5 years or more work experience that showcase Sales Skills
• Good Communication Skills both Oral & Written (High to Native English Proficiency)
• Position requires Phone Ethics and customer service orientation.
• Candidate is expected to have the Sense of Accountability and Responsibility
• MS Office Proficiency
• Must have Presentation Skills
• CRM Process Savvy
