Finance Manager  

Upteam is a vintage bag and accessory curator currently supplying both online and offline shops in Europe, Middle East and Asia with authentic pre-owned items from high-end brands. You may visit www.upteamco.com for more details.

This position will be based in Manila and report directly to the Managing Partners. The successful candidate will overlook and control all financial transactions in the company and its subsidiaries, liaising directly with both clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning
• Account Reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash flow operations/management
• A/R, A/P, debt payments management
• Liaise with Auditors
• Payment scheduling and collection
• Tax optimization
• Invoicing
• Loan Repayment scheduling
• Streamline processes and increase efficiency

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in Xero accounting software preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management and control preferred
• Experience in a multinational company
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Fast learner and good team player
