Business Continuity Planning and OSHS Manager  

What you’ll do

• Develops and maintains a business recovery plan and procedure and ensure timely review, revision and expansion of plans and protocols
• Conducts timely risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions
• Collaborates with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters, viruses, and hackers
• Identifies and implements recovery operations and methods to allow continuous operations at a limited or partial capacity in the event that part or all of the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed
• Creates and facilitates practice drills of all plans to be ready for execution
• Develops and provides staff training on risk management and disaster recovery
• Works with health, safety, and security staff and local, state, and federal agencies to align the organization's emergency management plan with established best practices and community standards
• Ensure compliance and implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Standards in line with government requirements, specifically the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment and all other related tasks

About the Role

We are looking for an agile and strategic Manager who will own the Business Continuity Planning and Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the organization. You will be collaborating with the Senior Leaders of all departments as well as the executive team to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions. With successful implementation and compliance of our business continuity plan, and Occupations and Safety and Health Standards, your work is vital to our organizations’ operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field required
• At least 5 years of management experience and at least 2 years in a risk management position
• Thorough understanding of risk management
• Occupational Safety and Health Standards experience is required
• Excellent strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes
• Ability to collaborate with others and an excellent communication skill to be able to develop and execute plans
• Proficient with Google Suite
