Junior Graphic Designer  

The senior graphic designer is responsible for the design and execution of various marketing collaterals to support the overall goals of the company. The senior graphic designer is also responsible for the improvements and maintenance of the branding guidelines in all facets of the company, which includes the website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other channels. He or she will use said guidelines to create illustrations, collaterals for print and web, and other promotional materials needed for various mediums.

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop infographics, featured images, social media images, illustrations, logos and other designs using preferred software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with the team for SEO and Performance marketing deliverables
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree, specializing in Fine Arts/Creative/Graphics Design/Multimedia Arts or equivalent
• High proficiency and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Must be highly creative and resourceful
• Layout and typographic skills
• Ability to work under pressure, can multi-task and work on tight deadlines
• Adhere to task deadlines and make adjustments in order to meet them
• Ability to interpret concepts and use analytical thinking to transform design concepts into marketing collateral
• Ability to take ownership and follow through on all assigned projects
• UX experience and knowledge will be regarded as an asset.
• Copywriting Skills is an advantage
• Should have at least 5+ years of proven experience working in an agency environment.
