Operations Controller | Supply Chain | E-Commerce  

The Operations team is a key team in the company that provides business support enhancing organizational performance. The Operations Team is responsible for managing warehouses and responsible for the relation between suppliers-warehouses-clients regarding the goods storage. Currently, the Ops team is located in Manila (Philippines).Setup and implement the processes and structures for monthly cost forecasts and annual budget;

• Assist Head of Operations with business case development and project’s approval requests;
• Develop guidelines and provide insight regarding Duties and Taxes for frequent shipping routes;
• Monitor warehouse unit costs through Cost Break Down analysis;
• Assure harmonization of unit costs across warehouses and regions ;
• Monthly Bill validation from Logistics providers;
• Prepare benchmarks analysis on logistics costs and optimization plans
• Maintain and update all relevant files and dashboards;
• Brief team management and company leadership on escalation needs, ensuring incidents are addressed;
• Further develop existing tools and dashboards serving Forecast and Reporting analysis;
• Work on Ad Hoc projects focused on scalability and expansion.

• You are graduated in Accounting or Business Administration and you are at least 2 years of experience as a Controller or equivalent finance function.
• Background and understating of Operations and Supply Chain is an advantage.
• You also must speak English fluently.
