Business Analyst  

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategic Group that will control and unite the initiatives of 9 internal departments. This position will report directly to the COO and work to ensure that all the business units are moving towards the same goal and business objectives.

• Responsible for ensuring proper scoping of business unit projects. Objectives, potential ROI and financial impact of each project must be assessed relative to the amount of time and resources that must be dedicated to each project for it to be a success.
• Assess opportunities, trade-offs, and risks based on its overall impact on the business.
• Identify gaps, dependencies and critical fail points with respect to cross-functional and interdepartmental projects and processes
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to define proper metrics for success and failure and plot out the corresponding next steps given potential outcomes and scenarios.
• Monitor progress and timely execution of key strategic projects and the experiment pipeline
• Collaborate with the different business unit heads to define and map out the new process and roll out of process improvements
• Assist the COO in managing and coordinating with the different business units
• Provide internal reports, analyses, and recommendations with respect to company or business unit performance

• Business degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant work experience. At least 1-2 years in corporate is a plus
• Certifications on project management and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Well versed in building business cases
• Must be an excel ninja and comfortable with numbers. Working knowledge on data visualization is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and can work with a great deal of autonomy
